摘要
2015年分解的2030年来宾市各县(市、区)用水总量控制指标与区域发展不匹配,本次研究在2019年实际用水的基础上,充分考虑来宾市未来发展空间规划布局及各县(市、区)发展新动向,预测各县(市、区)2030年经济社会发展用水需求,以各县(市、区)用水需求占全市总用水量的比重为主要考虑因素,结合区域水资源承载状况,对来宾市2030年用水总量控制目标进行县级行政区的分解调整。
The total water consumption control indexes originally decomposed in 2015 for all counties(districts)of Laibin City in 2030 do not match the regional development.Based on the actual water consumption in 2019,taking into consideration the development spatial planning of Laibin City and new development trends of all counties(districts),the water demand for economic and social development in each county(city,district)by 2030 is predicted.The proportion of the water demand of each county(city,district)in the total water consumption of Laibin city is the key consideration factor.Combined with the regional water resource carrying capacity,the total water consumption control target of Laibin City in 2030 is decomposed and adjusted by county-level administrative regions.
