摘要
气封结构已广泛应用于透平机械中,其密封问题一直是行业研究的重点。本文针对某多级轴流涡轮平衡气封,提供了一种有限体积分析方法:使用CFD仿真软件对比了不同网格模型与试验测试结果的差异性。经过分析比较,D、E、G类网格计算结果与试验值契合程度高;B类网格计算误差最大,对于指导多级轴流涡轮平衡气封设计具有较为重要的意义。
The steam seal structure has been widely used in turbomachinery,and its sealing problem has always been the focus of industry research.This paper provides a finite volume analysis method for a multi-stage axial turbine balanced gas seal:The CFD simulation software was used to compare the difference between different mesh models and test results.According to the analysis,the grid calculation results of class D,E and G were in high agreement with the experimental values.The calculation results of Class B have the largest deviation,which is of great significance for guiding the design of multi-stage axial turbine balanced gas seal.
