摘要
                
                    铁死亡是一种铁依赖性程序性细胞死亡方式,具体调控机制仍未明了。研究发现肺癌与铁死亡密切相关,铁死亡诱导剂促进肺癌细胞死亡。该文阐述了铁死亡调控机制及其在肺癌中作用,分析了铁死亡在肺癌治疗中潜在价值。
                
                Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent mode of programmed cell death,but its definite regulatory mechanism remains unclear.Recent studies have found that lung cancer is closely related to ferroptosis,and ferroptosis inducers promote the death of lung cancer cell.This article reviews the regulatory mechanism of ferroptosis and its role in lung cancer,and analyzes the potential value of ferroptosis in lung cancer therapy.
