摘要
目的:构建SPD供应链管理模式下医用耗材供应商评价指标体系,为新形势下医用耗材供应商管理提供量化参考标准。方法:采用文献研究、理论分析和专家座谈法确定评价维度和要素;采用德尔菲(Delphi)法对指标的重要程度和可操作性进行评估;运用变异系数分析法对各级指标进行筛选;以百分比权重法确定各指标权重。结果:共邀请了48名耗材物流管理领域专家,组织了2轮专家咨询,专家积极系数100%,专家权威系数0.83。构建了SPD模式下医用耗材供应商评价指标体系,其中一级指标5项、二级指标12项、三级指标20项。所有指标均通过了研究设定的检验标准。结论:构建的医用耗材SPD供应链管理模式下供应商评价指标体系具有较高程度的科学性和可靠性。指标体系的内容契合了新形势下医院耗材供应商管理的需求,同时权重系数明确了SPD模式下医用耗材供应商评价重点。研究结果为规范SPD供应链管理模式下医用耗材供应商管理提供参考依据。
Objective:The evaluation index system of medical consumable suppliers under SPD supply chain management mode is constructed to provide quantitative reference standards for medical consumable supplier management under the new situation.Methods:The evaluation dimensions and elements were constructed by literature research,theoretical analysis,and expert discussion.The Delphi method was used to evaluate the importance and operability of the indicators,and the experts'activeness,authority,concentration,and coordination were evaluated.The coefficient of variation analysis method was used to screen each level of indicator,and the percentage weight method was used to calculate the weight value of each index.Results:A total of 48 experts in the field of consumables logistics management were invited,and 2 rounds of expert consultation were organized,with a positive coefficient of 100%and an authority coefficient of 0.83.A medical consumables supplier evaluation index system under the SPD model was constructed,with 5 first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes,and 20 third-level indexes.All indicators passed the test standards set by the study.Conclusion:The evaluation indicator system of medical consumables suppliers under SPD mode established in this study has a high degree of science and reliability,which conformed to the needs of hospital consumables supplier management under the new situation,and the weight coefficient defined the evaluation focus of medical consumables suppliers under SPD mode,which can provide a reference for standardizing the management of medical consumables suppliers under SPD mode.
