摘要
目的:分析艾灸联合加味健脾益肾方改善尿毒症腹膜透析患者胃肠功能障碍的影响。方法:选取2020年06月—2021年06月我院接治的60例尿毒症维持腹膜透析胃肠功能障碍患者,数字表法分为艾灸组、联合组各30例。艾灸组予以艾灸治疗,联合组予以艾灸联合加味健脾益肾方治疗,治疗2月后,对比两组患者中医症候、生化指标以及胃肠功能障碍改善率、肠道菌群数量、营养指标的变化,分析其临床疗效。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、胆固醇水平、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量升高,联合组高于艾灸组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者GSRS评分、肠杆菌数量、TB、Alb、PA、TF水平、中医症候评分降低,且联合组低于艾灸组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与艾灸组相比,联合组胃肠功能障碍改善率、治疗总有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合加味健脾益肾方使用,可改善尿毒症腹膜透析患者胃肠的功能障碍,降低患者临床症状。
Objective:To analyze the effect of moxibustion therapy and invigorating spleen and kidney decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with uremia peritoneal dialysis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction on uremia maintenance peritoneal dialysis in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected,and they were divided into moxibustion group and combined group(30 cases in each group)by numerical table method.The moxibustion group was treated with moxibustion,and the combined group was treated with moxibustion and jiawei Jianpi Yishen prescription.After 2 months of treatment,the TCM symptoms,biochemical indicators,the improvement rate of gastrointestinal dysfunction,the number of intestinal flora and nutritional indicators of the two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results:Compared with before treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,serum albumin,prealbumin,transferrin,cholesterol,the number of enterococcus,bifidobacteria and lactobacillus in the two groups were increased after treatment,and the combined group was higher than the moxibustion group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,GSRS score,the number of enterobacter,TB,Alb,PA,TF levels and TCM syndrome score in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the combined group was lower than the moxibustion group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with moxibustion group,the improvement rate and total effective rate of gastrointestinal dysfunction in combined group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined use of moxibustion and jiawei invigorating spleen and yishen prescription can improve gastrointestinal dysfunction and reduce clinical symptoms in patients with uremia peritoneal dialysis.
