摘要文章在梳理一流本科课程建设历程的基础上,对应用型高校一流本科课程建设主要任务、价值追求和课程评价指标体系展开研究。采用文献研究法提出了应用型高校一流本科课程建设要校准课程定位、解决历史欠账,结合“两性一度”与课程思政等主要任务,总结出一流本科课程建设以放眼世界、基于OBE教育理念、立足“金课”为价值追求。采用对比分析法优化重构了一流课程建设评价指标体系,最后运用层次分析法完成了对指标权重赋值计算,生成了一流本科课程评价量表,旨在为课程建设与评价实践活动提供指导。 Based on systematically analyzing the construction history of first-class undergraduate courses,this paper explores the main tasks,value pursuit and evaluation index system with regard to the construction of first-class undergraduate courses in application-oriented universities.By using the literature research method,this paper puts forward the main tasks of application-oriented universities in constructing first-class undergraduate courses,that is,calibrating course orientation,solving historical problems,combining"high order,innovation and challenge"with course ideology and politics etc.,and summarizes the value pursuit of first-class undergraduate course construction,namely having the whole world in view,following the OBE education concept and based on the"golden course".The comparative analysis method is used to optimize and reconstruct the evaluation index system for the construction of first-class undergraduate courses.Finally,the index weight is calculated by means of analytic hierarchy process to form an evaluation scale for first-class undergraduate courses,which is of strong guiding significance to curriculum construction and evaluation practice.
