模拟弃渣场不同重构土壤类型对高羊茅生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探究高寒区弃渣场不同重构土壤类型对植物生长的影响,以高羊茅为研究对象,采用在野外设置不同土壤紧实度、土壤厚度、土壤养分水平的试验小区的方法,以探究其对高羊茅生长发育的影响。结果显示:(1)高寒区弃渣场修复过程中土壤厚度显著影响高羊茅自然高度、总生物量、含水率、全氮含量和全磷含量,同时在土壤资源匮乏的时候,高羊茅通过增加根系数量和长度,来提高对土壤养分、水分等必要元素的摄取。(2)不同土壤紧实度与高羊茅根系总长度呈显著负相关(P<0.05),却与高羊茅总生物量、含水率、自然高度、植物全氮、全磷、有机碳含量、N︰P、C︰N和C︰P相关性不显著,说明土壤紧实度对高羊茅根系的影响最大,且高羊茅优先改变根系性状来适应土壤环境。(3)高寒区弃渣场修复过程中,适当的石砾含量可使土壤中形成孔隙及裂缝,使根系向土层更深处延伸,进而促进植物生长。(4)10种处理,高羊茅N︰P在4.29~6.86之间。研究结果表明,在高寒区弃渣场生态修复过程中,土壤中适当添加渣石和营养基质,可提高弃渣场生态修复效果。 In order to explore the effects of different reconstructed soil types on plant growth in the slag dump in the high cold region,taking Festuca elata as the research object,experimental plots with different soil compactility,soil thickness and soil nutrient levels were set up in the field.The results showed as follows:(1)Soil thickness significantly affected the natural height,total biomass,water content,total nitrogen content and total phosphorus content of Festucaelata in the process of slag site restoration in high cold region.At the same time,when soil resources were scarce,Festuca elata could increase the uptake of soil nutrients,water and other necessary elements by increasing the number and length of roots.(2)Different soil compactness had a significant negative correlation with the total length of Festuca elata root system(P<0.05),but had no significant correlation with the total biomass,water content,natural height,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,organic carbon content,N︰P,C︰N and C︰P of Festuca elata root system,indicating that soil compactness had the greatest effect on Festuca elata root system.Moreover,Festuca elata preferentially changed the root character to adapt to the soil environment.(3)In the process of repairing the slag dump in the high cold region,appropriate gravel can form pores and cracks in the soil,and make the roots extend deeper into the soil layer,thus promoting the root system and its natural height,total root length,water content and total biomass,etc.(4)N︰P of 10 treatments of Festuca elata ranged from 4.29 to 6.86.The results show that proper addition of slag rock and nutrient matrix in soil can promote the ecological restoration effect of slag dump in alpine region.
