Ti-Zr-Cu-Si非晶合金生物相容性研究

摘要 采用单辊快淬法制备了厚80μm、宽5 mm的Ti_(35)Zr_(21)Cu_(40)Si_(4)非晶合金条带。使用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析了合金的热稳定性;利用模拟体液(SBF)培养、动态凝血时间、溶血率测定以及血小板粘附试验等分析了非晶合金的组织相容性、抗凝血性、血液相容性。结果表明,Ti_(35)Zr_(21)Cu_(40)Si_(4)非晶合金条带过冷液相区温度区间ΔT_(x)可达65 K;在SBF中培养15 d后,羟基磷灰石(HA)呈多孔团絮状沉积在合金表面,接近人骨中Ca、P含量比(1.67);非晶合金溶血率低,仅为0.562%;血小板呈圆盘状,无伪足伸出,具有良好的生物相容性。 The Ti_(35)Zr_(21)Cu_(40)Si_(4) amorphous alloy with thickness of 80μm and width of 5 mm was fabricated by a single-roller melt spinning technique.The thermal stability of alloy was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The histocompatibility,anticoagulation and blood compatibility of amorphous alloy were analyzed by simulated body fluid(SBF)culture,dynamic clotting time,hemolysis rate and platelet adhesion test.The results indicate that the supercooled liquid phase region(△T_(x))of Ti_(35)Zr_(21)Cu_(40)Si_(4) amorphous alloy strip reaches 65 K.After cultivation in SBF for 15 d,hydroxyapatite(HA)is deposited on the alloy surface in form of porous flocculent,where the content ratio of Ca to P is close to 1.67 of human bone.The hemolysis rate of amorphous alloy is low,which is only 0.562%.Platelets are in disc shape without pseudopodia protrude,indicating desirable biocompatibility.
