摘要
无毒元素和无贵重金属的Ti基和Ti-Cu大块非晶合金具有低密度、高强度、高比强度、耐磨性以及耐腐蚀性等优异的力学性能。在非晶合金领域,Ti基和Ti-Cu基非晶合金是一种极具发展潜力的结构性材料。对Ti基和Ti-Cu基大块非晶合金的成分设计、玻璃形成能力、热力学性能、力学性能以及发展前景等进行归纳,为Ti基和Ti-Cu基大块非晶合金的工程应用提供参考。
The Ti and Ti-Cu-based bulk metallic glasses without the toxic element and precious metal have excellent mechanical properties, such as low density, high strength, high specific strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. In the field of metallic glasses, the Ti and Ti-Cu-based metallic glasses are promising structural materials. The composition design, glass forming ability, thermodynamic properties, mechanical properties and development prospects of Ti and Ti-Cu-based bulk metallic glasses were summarized. It is hoped that this paper can provide references for engineering application of Ti and Ti-Cu-based bulk metallic glasses.
