摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床疗效及对患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月于本院治疗的60例卵巢良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组行传统开腹手术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、手术前后T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前1 d,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比较差异无统计学意义;术后3 d,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤疗效确切,可改善患者免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors and its effect on T lymphocyte subpopulation levels.Methods 60 patients with benign ovarian tumors treated in our hospital from February,2018 to February,2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,the clinical efficacy and the levels of T lymphocyte subpopulation before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 d before operation,there were no significant differences in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups;at 3 d after operation,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors is effective,can improve the immune function of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
