摘要
目的:分析甲氨蝶呤联合化瘀消癥汤辅治宫外孕患者的有效性。方法:选择2022年1月—6月在郑州万安妇产医院接受保守治疗的宫外孕患者50例作为研究对象,以随机奇偶法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组25例。对照组实施甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组在对照组基础之上加以化瘀消癥汤辅佐治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、血清指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹痛消失时间、包块消失时间、阴道流血消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清CA125及β-hCG水平低于对照组,孕酮水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合化瘀消癥汤治疗宫外孕的疗效确切,可有效改善血清CA125、β-hCG和孕酮水平,副作用小,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of methotrexate combined with Huayu Xiaozheng decoction in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 50 patients with ectopic pregnancy who received conservative treatment in Zhengzhou Wan’an Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random parity method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate.The observation group was treated with Huayu Xiaozheng decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,serum index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain,mass and vaginal bleeding in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CA125 and β-hCG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the progesterone level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methotrexate combined with Huayu Xiaozheng decoction is effective in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,which can effectively improve the levels of serum CA125,β-hCG and progesterone,with few side effects and high application value.
