摘要
目的 探讨化瘀消癥汤联合米非司酮和甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕的效果。方法 选取2023年3月—2024年3月佛山市南海区第六人民医院采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的60例宫外孕患者作为西药组,选取同期接受化瘀消癥汤、米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤治疗的60例宫外孕患者作为中西医结合组。比较两组的症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况,以及治疗前后中医证候积分、负性情绪和生活质量。结果 中西医结合组腹痛、包块、阴道出血消失时间以及血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素转阴时间均短于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医症候积分、负性情绪评分、生活质量评分均较治疗前得到改善,且治疗后中西医结合组上述指标均优于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 宫外孕在常规西药治疗基础上加用化瘀消癥汤,较单独使用西药治疗具有更好的效果,且能进一步改善患者的负性情绪和生活质量,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 ectopic pregnancy patients treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate at the Sixth People's Hospital of Nanhai District,Foshan City from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the Western medicine group,and another 60 ectopic pregnancy patients treated with Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction,mifepristone and methotrexate during the same period as the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group.Compare the disappearance time of symptoms,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,negative emotions and quality of life before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain,lump,vaginal bleeding,and serumβ-human chorionic gonadotropin conversion time in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were significantly shorter than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in TCM symptom scores,negative emotion scores,and quality of life scores compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,after treatment,the above indicators in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group were significantly better than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Adding Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction to conventional Western medicine for ectopic pregnancy has better effcacy than using Western medicine alone,and can further improve patients'negative emotions and quality of life.It is worth promoting and using.
