形成性评价在医学教育改革中的应用 被引量:20

摘要 评价体系是教育过程的重要组成部分,其发展过程中经历了目标取向评价、过程取向评价及主体取向性评价不同阶段逐渐形成了多种评价体系。在经过长时间不断的实践和完善后,形成性评价凭借其注重整个教学过程、质性方法与量化方法相结合、具有反馈和改正功能等优势逐渐在教育过程中受到了认可,并且在国内外教育体系中得到广泛开展。在既往的医学生教学中,存在着学习效率低下、医学生自主学习能力差等不足。根据新医科的教学要求,现阶段医学教育需要在培养医学生的自主学习能力方面进一步加强,而形成性评价符合医学教育改革在此方面的需要,能够做到在教学过程中及时反馈、调整及校正医学生的学习,从而提升医学生自主学习能力,推荐在医学院校的教学与评价过程中大力开展。 The evaluation system is an important part of the education process.During the development process,the target orientation evaluation,process orientation evaluation,and subject orientation evaluation have gradually formed a variety of evaluation systems.After a long period of continuous practice and improvement,the formation evaluation is gradually recognized in the education process with its focus on the combination of the entire teaching process,quality methods and quantitative methods,feedback and correction functions,and both in China and the external education system is widely carried out now.In the past,there were insufficient learning efficiency and poor self-learning ability of medical students in China.According to the teaching requirements of new medical sciences,medical education needs to further strengthen the self-learning ability of medical students at this stage,and the formation assessment is in line with the needs of medical education reform in this regard.and can provide timely feedback,adjustment and correction of medical students'learning in the teaching process,so as to improve the independent learning ability of medical students.It is recommended to vigorously carry out in the teaching and evaluation process of medical colleges and universities.
