摘要
基层教学组织是激发教学活力实现教学结果的重要因素,决定了人才培养的过程运行是否顺畅和有效。在医学教育改革需求重大变化的当前,对基层教学组织的架构关系、职能定位、运行机制和运行评价研究成为重要教育教学管理的主要问题之一。文章以桂林医学院临床医学专业开展在“系统疾病为中心”课程整合教学改革模式下,围绕“以学生为中心”构建“扁平化、系统化、人本化和标准化”基层教学组织为例,开展地方医学院校基层教学组织构建策略研究。
Grass-roots teaching organization is an important factor in stimulating teaching vitality to achieve teaching results,which determines whether the process of talent training runs smoothly and effectively.At present,when the demand for medical education reform is undergoing major changes,the structural relationship,functional positioning,operation mechanism and operation evaluation of grassroots teaching organizations have become one of the main issues in important education and teaching management.In this paper,the clinical medicine major of Guilin Medical University carried out a study on the construction strategy of grass-roots teaching organizations in local medical colleges and universities under the integrated teaching reform mode of"system disease-centered"curriculum and the construction of"flat,systematic,humanistic and standardized"grass-roots teaching organizations around"student-centered".
