摘要
供应链作为一种新的管理思想和管理模式,日益成为企业生产经营管理活动的重要组成部分,尤其在如今农业与旅游产业融合发展的背景下,将供应链管理思想引入乡村旅游发展中,对于推动乡村旅游可持续发展具有重要意义。然而,当前我国乡村旅游供应链协同发展机制尚未形成,在供应链视角下研究乡村旅游供应链协同发展问题,有利于促进乡村旅游高质量发展。文章在对乡村旅游供应链内涵进行界定的基础上,进行了案例分析,并提出了发展路径,以期为相关人员提供参考。
As a new management thought and mode,supply chain is increasingly becoming an important part of the production,operation and management activities of enterprises.Especially,in the background of integrated development of agriculture and tourism industry,the introduction of supply chain management into rural tourism development is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of rural tourism.However,the current collaborative development mechanism of rural tourism supply chain has not been formed.Studying the collaborative development of rural tourism supply chain from the perspective of supply chain is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of rural tourism.On the basis of defining the connotation of rural tourism supply chain,this paper makes a case analysis and puts forward the development path,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
