摘要
随着我国城市的快速发展,民用建筑质量不优、管理水平不高、成本较大等问题凸显。为解决这些问题,多个城市制定了基于BIM技术应用的管理规划,付诸实施,并取得了显著成效。文章以南平市西南角地块项目为例,针对民用建筑建设管理进行调研分析,依托工程规划设计期积累的丰富BIM数据,结合BIM技术、物联网及移动互联网等技术,为民用建筑的全过程项目管理工作构建一套三维可视化和智能化的解决方案。
With the rapid development of China′s cities,the problems such as insufficient civil building quality,low management level and large cost are prominent.In order to solve these problems,many cities have formulated management plans based on the application of BIM technology,put them into practice,and achieved remarkable results.This paper takes the southwest corner of Nanping plot project as an example,analyses civil building construction management,relying on the rich BIM data in the project planning and design period,combined with BIM technology,the Internet of things and mobile Internet technology for the whole process of management of civil building to build a set of three-dimensional visualization and intelligent solutions.
