摘要
当前EPC模式在建筑领域应用越来越广泛,建筑行业对建筑产品的要求越来越高,对项目各个阶段的管理越来越细。本文以武汉大学大学生体育活动中心项目为依托,探索在EPC模式下的项目全生命周期BIM技术应用,以提高EPC项目在规划阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段及后期运营阶段的管理水平,提升工程整体品质,并提供一些典型的案例。
At present,EPC mode is more and more widely used in construction field,the construction industry is demanding higher and higher construction products,the management of all phases of the project is becoming more and more detailed.Based on the project of the Sports Activity Center of Wuhan University,this paper explores the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the project under the EPC mode,in order to improve the management level of EPC project in the planning stage,design stage,construction stage and later operation stage,improve the overall quality of the project.
