摘要
大倾角综放开采下平巷冲击地压频发。针对王家山煤矿大倾角综放开采冲击地压发生机理及防治问题,综合采用理论分析、数值模拟以及工程实践等方法,分析了大倾角综放开采下平巷冲击地压发生规律。结果表明:大倾角综放工作面下平巷处于上区段采空区侧向支承压力与后方采空区超前支承压力的叠加高应力区,同时受采空区覆岩破断、垂直跌落及俯冲下滑时产生的动载扰动作用;煤层倾角越大、厚度越小,下平巷集中应力在水平方向的分力越大,覆岩运动产生的动载扰动越强;由于下平巷沿顶板布置,底煤较厚,巷道底煤没有支护约束,在水平应力及动载扰动叠加作用下,容易诱发底煤破坏型冲击地压。针对性设计并实施了大倾角综放开采下平巷冲击地压防治方案,应用效果显著。
There is frequent rock burst in the lower level roadway of fully-mechanized caving mining with large dip angle,lacking targeted research.Aiming at the occurrence mechanism and prevention of rock burst in fully-mechanized caving with large dip angle in Wangjiashan Coal Mine,this paper comprehensively adopts the methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice to analyze the occurrence law of rock burst in the lower level roadway of fully-mechanized caving with large dip angle.The results indicate that the lower level roadway of fully-mechanized top coal caving face with large dip angle is located in a high stress area where the lateral supporting pressure of the upper goaf is superimposed with the advanced supporting pressure of the rear goaf,and is also affected by the dynamic load disturbance caused by the breakage of the goaf overlying rock,vertical drop,and subduction sliding.The larger the dip angle and the smaller the thickness of the coal seam,the greater the horizontal component of the concentrated stress in the lower roadway,and the stronger the dynamic load disturbance caused by overburden movement.Because the lower level roadway is arranged along the roof,the bottom coal is thick,and the bottom coal is not restricted by supporting.Under the superposition of horizontal stress and dynamic load disturbance,the rock burst of the bottom coal is easily induced.A targeted design and implementation of a prevention and control plan for rock burst in lower level roadway of fully-mechanized caving with large dip angle has been carried out,and the application effect is significant.
