摘要
山西豹子沟矿主采的9+10+11号为组合煤层,采用综放开采,其采空区空间较大、矿压规律复杂、支架选型困难。针对以上问题,采用UDEC数值模拟对10103工作面覆岩运动及矿压规律进行研究,得出工作面初步来压步距50 m,周期来压步距10 m;建立组合煤层支架围岩力学模型,理论计算得到液压支架工作阻力应大于550669kN,为相似地质条件下的支架选型提供借鉴经验。
The main mining area of the Baozigou Mine in Shanxi is the 9+10+11 combined coal seam,which adopts fully mechanized caving mining.The goaf space is large,the mining pressure law is complex,and the model selection of support is difficult.Aiming at the above issues,UDEC numerical simulation is used to study the overlying rock movement and mine pressure law of the 10103 working face,the preliminary pressure step distance of the working face is 50 m,and the periodic pressure step distance is 10 m;Establish a mechanical model for the surrounding rock of the combined coal seam support,and theoretically calculate that the working resistance of the hydraulic support should be greater than 550669 kN,providing reference experience for support model selection under similar geological conditions.
