摘要
针对夹矸工况,研究EBZ160掘进机截割部运动参数对截割性能的影响。在三维实体建模软件构建掘进机截割头模型,合理简化巷道煤岩组成结构,在EDEM中建立夹矸煤壁模型,搭建截割头-煤壁的仿真实验,通过单因素实验法进行分组模拟,在MATLAB中绘制性能指标的变化曲线并进行分析。结论:EBZ160掘进机在夹矸工况下的截割部最佳运动参数配置为摆速:2~3 m/min,转速:40~50 r/min,进给量:600~650 mm。
The influence of motion parameters of cutting part of EBZ160 roadheader on cutting performance is studied.In the three-dimensional solid modeling software,the roadheader cutting head model is constructed,the coal and rock composition structure of the roadway is reasonably simplified,the coal wall model of the gangue is established in EDEM,and the simulation experiment of the cutting head-coal wall is built.The single factor experiment method is used to simulate the grouping,and the change curve of the performance index is drawn and analyzed in MATLAB.Conclusion:the best motion parameters of cutting part of EBZ160 roadheader under the condition of dirt band are swing speed:2-3 m/min,rotational speed:40-50 r/min,feed:600-650 mm.
