摘要
综放面回采矿压及巷道支护是实现煤矿安全开采的关键,但不同宽度面间煤柱条件下的综放面回采矿压存在很大的差异。本文以8101小煤柱综放面、8204小煤柱综放面和8214大煤柱综放面为例,分析回采过程中正常段周期来压、见方区域周期来压和混凝土墙及巷道变形特征。实验结果表明,小煤柱综放面在二次见方期间出现明显的来压情况,回采至初次、二次见方附近会出现明显的巷道两帮挤压变形现象;大煤柱综放面的周期来压步距明显小于小煤柱综放面,且综放面来压时支架工作阻力增大。
The mining pressure and roadway support in fully mechanized top coal caving face are the key to achieving safe mining in coal mines.However,there are significant differences in mining pressure under the conditions of coal pllars with different widths.This paper takes 8101 small coal pillar fully mechanized top coal caving face,8204 small coal pillar fully mechanized top coal caving face,and 8214 large coal pillar fully mechanized top coal caving face as examples,the characteristics of normal period pressure,square area period pressure,and concrete wall and roadway deformation during the mining process are analyzed.The experimental results show that there is a significant pressure phenomenon in the small coal pillar fully mechanized top coal caving face during the second excavation period,and there will be obvious deformation of the two sides of the roadway near the first and second excavation.The periodic weighting step distance of the large coal pillar fully mechanized top coal caving face is significantly smaller than that of the small coal pillar fully mechanized top coal caving face,and the working resistance of the support increases during the weighting of the fully mechanized top coal caving face.
