采动应力下回采巷道煤柱尺寸设计研究 被引量:5

摘要 以某矿井3#煤层和某矿井3-5#煤层为工程背景,通过强度和极限平衡理论分析结合数值模型方法,研究了回采巷道煤柱不同尺寸对回采巷道围岩应力及塑性区分布特征的影响规律。理论分析及数值模拟结果表明:采动应力及不同煤柱尺寸对巷道围岩塑性区变化规律具有显著影响。一次采动引起的煤柱应力分布曲线呈现为不对称的单峰形态;二次采动使煤柱应力分布表现为“猫耳状”的双峰曲线。根据理论计算得到煤柱可以保持稳定的临界宽度为29.2 m,煤柱宽度大于29.5 m时,煤柱实际承受的载荷不会超过极限载荷,煤柱不会失稳。根据计算机数值模拟得到的合理煤柱宽度为30 m;综合得出矿井的合理煤柱尺寸宽度为30 m。 Taking the No.3 coal seam in a mine and the No.3-5 coal seam in a mine as the engineering background,through the theoretical analysis of strength and limit equilibrium combined with the numerical model method,the effect of different sizes of coal pillars on the stress and plastic zone distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock in the mining roadway was studied.Affect the law.Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results show that the mining stress and different coa pillar sizes have a significant impact on the change law of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock o the roadway.The stress distribution curve of the coal pillar caused by the primary mining presents an asymmetric single-peak shape;the secondary mining causes the stress distribution of the coal pillar to appear as a"cat′s ear"bimodal curve.According to the theoretical calculation,the critical width a which the coal pillar can remain stable is 29.2 m.When the coal pillar width is greater than 29.5 m the actual load on the coal pillar will not exceed the limit load,and the coal pillar will not be unstable According to computer numerical simulation,the reasonable coal pillar width is 30 m;comprehensively the reasonable coal pillar size and width of the mine is 30 m.
