摘要
探究学科文化增益高校廉洁文化建设的机理与实现路径,有利于体现出高校在廉洁文化建设中的特殊地位和优势。基于学科文化对高校廉洁文化的影响,从学科文化的视角出发,透视高校在廉洁文化建设在要素挖掘、形式表达、功能输出等方面的短板,厘清学科文化增益高校廉洁文化领域属性、教育特性、附着黏性的机理。以浙江理工大学纺织科学与工程学科为例,从文化挖掘、文化表达、文化内力三个向度切入,构建以学科文化挖掘丰富廉洁文化内涵、以学科文化表达构建廉洁文化语境、以学科文化内力增强廉洁文化功能的路径,实现学科文化对高校廉洁文化建设的增益价值。
Exploring the mechanism and implementation path of disciplinary culture to enhance the construction of incorruptible culture in universities is conducive to reflecting the special position and advantages of universities in the construction of incorruptible culture.Based on the impact of disciplinary culture on the incorruptible culture of universities,it is necessary to penetrate the weakness of universities in the construction of incorruptible culture from the perspective of disciplinary culture,such as factor excavation,formal expression and functional output,and clarify the mechanism by which disciplinary culture enhances the attributes,educational characteristics,and adhesion of incorruptible culture in universities.Taking the textile science and engineering discipline at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University as an example,we can approach it from three dimensions:cultural excavation,cultural expression,and cultural internal force.We can construct a path that enriches the connotation of incorruptible culture through disciplinary culture,construct a context of incorruptible culture through disciplinary culture expression and enhance the function of incorruptible culture through disciplinary culture internal force,so as to achieve the added value of disciplinary culture in the construction of incorruptible culture in universities.
