摘要
针对高校廉政建设问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了一体推进“不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐”体制机制,“不想腐”是根本,从思想源头上筑牢不想腐的自觉,关键要抓好新时代廉洁文化培育工作。高校以“三不”一体化推进为切入点,注重把握“三不”之间的内在联系,阐述了高校廉洁文化培育的本质诉求,在汲取高校廉洁文化培育先进经验基础上,从提升廉洁文化传播辐射力、提升廉洁文化高效执行力等方面构建具有高校鲜明特色的廉洁文化培育机制,为新时代高校廉洁文化培育提供参考。
Aiming at the construction of a clean and honest administration in universities,the method of induction and analysis is adopted,and the mechanism of not daring corruption,not corruption,not wanting to corrupt is analyzed.Not wanting to corrupt is the root,and the key is to do a good job in cultivating clean culture from the resources of thoughts in the new era.Taking the integration of“Three Nots”as the breakthrough point,universities pay attention to grasping the internal relations between“Three Nots”,elaborating the essential demands of cultivating incorruptible culture in colleges and universities.On the basis of absorbing the advanced experience of cultivating incorruptible culture,the cultivation mechanism of clean and honest administration with distinctive characteristics in universities should be constructed from the aspects of enhancing the radiation power of clean culture communication,and enhancing the efficient executive power of clean culture.It provides a reference for the cultivation of clean culture in colleges and universities in the new era.
