基于物联网云平台技术的型式评价试验装置远程监控平台 被引量:1

摘要 以物联网及云平台技术为核心,研制一套实验室大型试验装置远程监控平台,该装置可通过以太网、RS485等接口协议对接具备通信接口的试验装置,以达到对型式评价实验室现场大型长周期试验装置的无人值守与远程手机APP监控功能。通过协议解析从外设串口对被监控试验装置进行命令与数据交互,数据通过4G模组对接云平台,通过云平台数据的交互,可实现试验人员用手机APP程序监控现场。该系统能够把现场试验装置的设置数据、状态数据、报警信息真实无误地传送到远程手机APP,并通过手机报警提醒实验人员,实验人员可通过专用手机APP账号发送远程关断等控制命令。建立于成熟单片机控制、物联网以及4G云平台技术的该系统稳定可靠,方便快捷,实现对实验室大型装置的远程控制,对有效解放实验室的人力,降低试验故障能提供较好的技术支撑。 With the internet of things and cloud platform technology as the core,a set of remote monitoring platform for large laboratory test equipment is developed.The whole device is composed of regulated power supply unit,MCU unit,Ethernet,RS485,RS232,4G module,WiFi module and other common communication interface units,USB interface,real-time clock unit,relay output,switching input,and external watchdog.Through protocol analysis,commands and data are exchanged with the monitored test device from the peripheral serial port,and data is connected to the cloud platform through 4G module.Through the interaction of data on the cloud platform,experimenter can realize on-site monitoring with mobile APP programs.The system can transmit the setting data,status data and alarm information of the field test device to the remote mobile APP in a true and correct way,and remind the experimenter through the mobile phone alarm.The experimenter can send control commands such as remote shutdown through the special APP account.Based on mature MCU control,IoT and 4G cloud platform technology,the system is stable,reliable,convenient and fast,to achieve remote control of large laboratory devices,to effectively liberate laboratory manpower,reduce test failures can provide better technical support.
