摘要
针对现有物联网温室自动控制水平较低,管理模式落后,通信结构复杂,建网成本高等缺点,设计一种基于ESP8266的低成本物联网连栋温室控制管理系统。首先,给出系统的总体架构,并详细设计环境因子感知层、控制传输层和应用管理层;其次,以STM32作为温室内的控制器,对系统的硬件结构进行设计;进而,基于Qt Creator开发环境,设计远程监控端控制管理软件;最后,通过搭建物联网温室模拟试验装置,对本文所设计系统的可行性进行验证。试验结果表明,本系统所设计的低成本物联网温室控制管理系统可有效实现各环境因子的实时采集、控制与管理。
In view of the shortcomings of the existing IoT-Greenhouse,such as low level of automatic control,backward management mode,complex communication structure and high cost of network construction,a low-cost IoT multi-span greenhouse control and management system based on ESP8266 is introduced in this paper.Firstly,the overall structure of the system is given,and the environment factor perception layer,control transport layer and application management layer are designed in detail.Secondly,STM32 is used as the controller in the greenhouse,and the hardware of the system is designed.Furthermore,the control and management software for remote monitoring terminal is designed based on the Qt Creator development environment.Finally,the feasibility of the system designed in this paper is verified by building asimulation test device for the IoT greenhouse.The experimental results show that the low-cost IoT greenhouse control and management system designed in this paper can effectively realize the real-time acquisition,control and management of various environmental factors.
