基于数据挖掘的糖尿病前期动物模型应用特点分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究糖尿病前期动物模型造模特点,为糖尿病前期动物模型的规范化提供参考。方法通过检索糖尿病前期动物模型的文献,建立数据库,归纳实验动物种类、造模方法、造模周期、成模标准、高频检测指标、阳性药种类等,并进行分析。结果纳入符合标准的128篇文献,糖尿病前期模型的动物种类以Wistar、Sprague Dawley(SD)和C57BL/6J为主。大部分采用高脂饮食诱导糖尿病前期模型,脂肪供能占比主要为50%~60%,造模周期通常在16~20周左右。其次,自发糖尿病前期模型也比较常用,不同模型各有其特点和适用性。在高频检测指标以空腹血糖、葡萄糖耐量和血清胰岛素为主;在干预方式中,西药以二甲双胍为主,中药以中药复方和中药提取物为主。结论糖尿病前期动物模型受关注日益增多,有多种造模方式可以较好地模拟糖尿病前期的典型特征,但仍存在相关局限性,本研究通过数据挖掘为模型选择和模型完善提供参考和思路。 Objective To study the modeling points of prediabetes animal models,and to provide a reference for the standardization of prediabetes animal models.Methods By retrieving the literature on prediabetic animal models,a database was established,and the types of experimental animals,modeling methods,modeling cycle,modeling standards,high-frequency detection indicators,and positive drug types were summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 128 kinds of literature meeting the criteria were included.The animals of prediabetes were mainly Wistar,Sprague Dawley,and C57BL/6J.High-fat diet induction was the main modeling method of which fat energy supply accounted for 50%~60%,and the modeling cycle was usually about 16~20w.In addition,spontaneous prediabetes models are also commonly used,but different models have their characteristics and applicability.Fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance test and serum insulin test were the main indicators of high-frequency detection.In the intervention methods,metformin was the main western medicine,Chinese medicine includes Chinese medicine compounds and Chinese medicine extract.Conclusion Prediabetes animal models have attracted increasing attention,and a variety of modeling methods have appeared,which can simulate the typical features of pre-diabetes,but there are still some limitations.Through data mining and analysis of the prediabetic.animal model,the paper puts forward specific views,to provide guidance and reference for the establishment of an ideal prediabetic animal model.
