摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务在白内障超声乳化术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6—12月于湖北省潜江市中心医院行白内障超声乳化手术的白内障患者144例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各72例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理服务。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后泪液分泌量多于对照组,泪膜破裂时间长于对照组,角膜荧光染色评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预1周后,两组干眼症发病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1个月、3个月后,观察组干眼症发病率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041)。结论:优质护理服务在白内障超声乳化术后患者中的应用效果显著,可改善干眼症症状,降低干眼症及其他并发症发生率,值得应用并予以推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing service in cataract patients after phacoemulsification.Methods:A total of 144 cataract patients who underwent phacoemulsification in Hubei Province Qianjiang Central Hospital from June 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 72 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high-quality nursing service.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative amount of lacrimal secretion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the tear film rupture time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the corneal fluorescence staining score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After 1 week of intervention,there was no significant difference in the incidence of dry eye between the two groups(P>0.05).After1 month and 3 months of intervention,the incidence of dry eye in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041).Conclusion:The application effect of highquality nursing service in cataract patients after phacoemulsification is remarkable,which can improve the symptoms of dry eye and reduce the incidence of dry eye and other complications,which is worthy of application and promotion.
