摘要
目的:系统综述国内外亚谵妄综合征评估工具及风险预测模型相关研究及指南。方法:聚焦亚谵妄综合征评估工具,系统检索中英文数据库和指南网站,检索时限为建库至2022年5月22日,各类工具提取的信息包括作者/发布机构、年份、国家/地区、工具名称、适用对象、评估内容以及特异度和敏感度等。结果:纳入11篇符合标准的文献,其中研究目的为评估工具开发的为1篇,风险预测模型构建的2篇,共涉及6个亚谵妄综合征评估工具以及3个风险预测模型。结论:亚谵妄综合征仍需借助谵妄的诊断标准,尚无针对性的评估工具,且其预测模型仍需进一步多中心、大样本研究验证其效能。
Objective:To integrate the relevant original research and evidence-based guidelines and consensuses on the assessment tools and risk prediction models for subsyndromal delirium in China and abroad.Methods:Focusing on assessment tools for subsyndromal delirium,the authors systematically searched the Chinese and English databases and related guideline websites from the inception to May 22,2022.The extracted information included the author,the year,the country,the target population,the type of tool,the study method,the main assessment content and specificity and sensitivity.Results:11 articles that met the criteria were included,including one study aimed at assessment tool development and two risk prediction model constructs,involving a total of six assessment tools for subsyndromal delirium and three risk prediction models.Conclusions:Subsyndromal delirium still requires the use of diagnostic criteria for delirium,there are no targeted assessment tools,and its predictive model still requires further multicentre,large sample studies to validate its efficacy.
