重载管廊栈桥宽幅预制箱梁精细化设计

摘要 本文结合东华能源(茂名)烷烃资源综合利用项目,针对重载管廊栈桥的受力特点,从方案选择、总体计算、横梁尺寸分析、实体模型分析对比、局部模型分析、应力扰动区设计等方面介绍了重载管廊栈桥宽幅预制箱梁精细化设计。宽幅预制箱梁承载能力强、整体刚度大,特别适用于重荷载、长距离、管廊分期实施的重载管廊栈桥。 Based on Donghua Energy(Maoming)alkane resource complex,the precise design of wide prefabricated box girder for heavy-load pipe gallery trestle is shown in detail from the aspect of plan selection,overall calculation,beam size analysis,solid model comparative analysis,partial model analysis,stress disturbed zone design by focusing on the stress characteristics of heavy-load pipe gallery trestle bridge.Wide prefabricated box girder is of strong bearing capacity and high overall stiffness,which especially apply to the pipe gallery trestle with heavy load,long distance and executed in stages.
