摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定苍术中苍术素含量的不确定度评定的方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定苍术中苍术素的含量,找出各不确定度分量进行分析。结果:合成了各变量的不确定度,测定测得苍术素的含量为0.317%,置信区间为95%时,扩展不确定度为0.0398%,测得结果表示为(0.317±0.0398)%(k=2)。结论:分析了产生不确定的来源,为有效控制苍术中苍术素含量测定方法提供理论依据。
Objective:To establish a method for evaluating the uncertainty of HPLC determination of Atractylodes macrocephala content in Atractylodes macrocephala.Method:HPLC method was used to determine the content of Atractylodes macrocephala in Atractylodes macrocephala,and various uncertainty components were identified for analysis.Result:The uncertainty of each variable was synthesized,and the measured content of Atractylodes macrocephala was 0.317%.When the confidence interval was 95%,the expanded uncertainty was 0.0398%,and the measured result was expressed as(0.317±0.0398)%(k=2).Conclusion:The sources of uncertainty were analyzed,providing a theoretical basis for effectively controlling the determination method of Atractylodes macrocephala content in Atractylodes macrocephala.
