摘要
钢结构是最广泛的建筑结构类型之一,但其耐火极限低,防火涂料能够在钢结构表面形成一层阻燃隔热层,降低火灾的不利影响。文章综述了近年来非膨胀型和膨胀型防火涂料的研究进展,分析了防火涂料的性能与配方及其组织结构的关系,总结出非膨胀型防火涂料性能与粘结剂和填料的隔热性能、涂层结构密实度有关,而膨胀型防火涂料性能则取决于基料和填料的膨胀率和炭化层结构的连续致密性,展望了两者的应用前景和进一步研究的方向。
Steel structures are extensively utilized in infrastructure construction,but their fire resistance limit is low.Fire retardant coatings can form flame retardant and thermal insulation layers on their surfaces to reduce the detrimental impact of fire on steel structures.This paper reviews the recent research processes in non-intumescent and intumescent fire retardant coatings,and analyzes the relationship between the performance,formulation and microstructure of these coatings.This paper concludes the performance of non-intumescent fire retardant coatings is related to the thermal insulation properties of binders and fillers and the compactness of the coating structures,and also concludes the performance of intumescent fire retardant coatings depends on the expansion ratio of binders and fillers and the continuity and compactness of char layers.This paper discusses future prospects of non-intumescent and intumescent fire retardant coatings.
