摘要
武汉某多功能会议厅属于工期要求紧、质量要求高的工程。项目无地下室,结构主体高度45.2m~50.7m,上部结构采用全钢框架结构体系,主楼平面呈圆形,结构存在两项一般不规则,不属于超限高层。介绍了项目桩基设计、钢管柱基础埋深及柱脚设计、结构整体分析及性能化设计、变截面钢管柱设计、钢梁优化设计、焊接H型钢梁腹板与翼缘连接要求分析、温度应力分析、考虑刚(弹)性楼盖的区别及建议设计方法、楼盖舒适性分析、钢结构防火与防腐设计、屋顶环向幕墙支承钢结构构架的设计与施工等。
The multi-functional conference hall in Wuhan is a project with tight construction period and high quality requirements. The project has no basement, and the height of the main structure is 45.2~50.7m. The superstructure adopts the all steel frame structure system. The plane of the main building is circular. There are two general irregularities in the structure, which is not an out-of-code high-rise building. This paper introduces the design of pile foundation, the design of buried depth and column base of steel pipe column foundation, the overall analysis and performance design of the structure, the design of variable cross-section steel pipe column, the optimization design of steel beam, Analysis of connection requirements between web and flange of welded H-shaped steel beam, the analysis of temperature stress,recommended design method of considering the difference of rigid(elastic) floor,the comfort analysis of floor, the anti-corrosion and fire retardant design of steel structure, the design and construction of steel structure frame supporting roof circumferential curtain wall, etc.
