摘要
大力推进农村法治乡村建设是实现乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分。该文通过结合海南农村社会治理法治化现状、分析当前海南农村基层法治建设中存在的问题及主要原因,探讨社会工作的专业方法嵌入到解决乡村法治建设问题的过程,充分挖掘农民自身内生动力、促进多方联动,创新基层法治建设培育路径,在积极发挥基层自治组织的主体性、搭建多元化深层次法律服务体系等方面提出具有针对性的对策建议,探索出一条适合海南农村社会治理法治化的道路,切实助力乡村振兴背景下的“依法治村”建设。
Vigorously promoting the rural construction of the rule of law is an important part of the strategy of rural revitalization.By combining the current situation of the legalization of rural social governance in Hainan and analyzing the existing problems and main causes in the construction of the rule of law at the grass-roots level in Hainan,this paper probes into the professional methods of social work embedded in the process of solving the problems of the construction of the rule of law in rural areas,so as to fully tap the endogenous power of farmers,promote multi-linkage,and innovate the cultivation path to the construction of the rule of law at the grass-roots level;besides,the paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions on giving full play to the subjectivity of grass-roots autonomous organizations and building a diversified and deep-seated legal service system,so as to explore a road suitable for the legalization of rural social governance in Hainan,and effectively help the construction ofthe"law-based governance of villages"in the context of rural revitalization.
