摘要
为进一步了解“体教融合”背景下七台河市短道速滑后备人才发展现状并提出相应的优化策略,该文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、实地考察法,调查七台河市11所特色校与短道速滑训练中心,对七台河市现行的短道速滑后备人才培养模式进行分析,探讨后备人才培养路径中存在的问题:家长对子女参与训练的态度较消极;运动员训练场地设施与保障制度欠佳;人才流失导致的教练员队伍建设问题;短道速滑竞赛开展存在壁垒;选材体系还可以继续深化体教融合。从而提出以下后备人才培养优化策略:克服学训矛盾,转变家长观念;完善短道速滑竞赛体制;深入推进体教融合,促进体教全方位融合发展;完善短道速滑设施;完善社会保障和后勤保障制度规划。
In order to further understand the development status of short track speed skating reserve talents in Qitaihe City under the background of"the integration of sports and education"and propose corresponding optimization strategies,this paper investigates 11 characteristic schools and short track speed skating training centers in Qitaihe City through the methods of literature,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and field investigations,and analyzes the current training mode of short track speed skating reserve talents in Qitaihe City.It discusses the following problems existing in the training path of reserve talents:parents'negative attitude towards children's participation in training,poor facilities and security systems of athletes'training venues,the problems of the construction of coach teams caused by talent drain,the barriers to the development of short track speed skating competitions,the continuous deepening of the integration of sports and education in the selection system.Then it puts forward the following optimization strategies for the cultivation of reserve talents:overcoming the contradiction of learning and training and changing parents'concepts,improving the competition system for short track speed skating,further promoting the integration of sports and education to promote the all-round integrated development of sports and education,improving short track speed skating facilities,and improving the planning of social security and logistics support systems.
