摘要
本研究基于新时代体教融合背景,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法对滨州市乒乓球后备人才的培养情况进行调查,分析所面临的困境,提出探索新时代体教融合背景下乒乓球后备人才培养的新路径。其中包括明确政策导向,完善资源配备,完善后备人才培养体系,健全竞赛机制,协调学习与训练的关系等。为新时代体教融合的落地实施提供学术价值,为构建新时代乒乓球后备人才培养体系提供理论依据。
Based on the background of the integration of sports and education in the new era,this study investigated the training of table tennis reserve talents in Binzhou by means of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and interview,this paper puts forward a new way of cultivating table tennis reserve talents under the background of the integration of sports and education in the new era,which includes clear policy guidance,perfect resource allocation,perfect training system of reserve talents and perfect competition mechanism,coordinate the relationship between learning and training.It provides academic value for the implementation of the integration of sports and education in the new era and theoretical basis for the establishment of the table tennis reserve talents training system in the new era.
