摘要
目的研究加味丁香散灌肠治疗顽固性呃逆的临床效果,并观察药物相关不良反应。方法选取2021年1月至2022年9月黑龙江省医院收治的40例顽固性呃逆患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组(20例)和对照组(20例)。试验组采用加味丁香散治疗,对照组采用甲氧氯普胺治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、起效时间、呃逆评分及不良反应。结果试验组治疗3 d后的总有效率高于对照组,起效时间短于对照组,呃逆症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味丁香散灌肠治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效较佳,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Dingxiang Powder in the treatment of intractable hiccup,and observe drug-related adverse reactions.Methods A total of 40 patients with intractable hiccup admitted to Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group(20 cases)and the control group(20 cases)according to the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with Jiawei Dingxiang Powder,and the control group was treated with Metoclopramide.The curative effect,the onset time,hiccup score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After three days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the onset time was shorter than that of the control group,the score of hiccup symptom was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is an effective method to treat intractable hiccup with Jiawei Dingxiang Powder.
