摘要
丁香中非挥发性成分主要有黄酮及其苷类、鞣质、三萜类等,药理活性研究表明丁香非挥发性成分具有抗氧化、抗菌、消炎、镇痛、降血糖、抗肿瘤、增强免疫力、抗癫痫、调节肾和生殖功能、抗病毒、防治肥胖等作用。该文对丁香非挥发性物质的化学成分和药理活性进行了综述,以期为丁香的深入研究和开发利用提供依据。
The non-volatile components in Caryophylli Flos mainly include flavonoids and their glycosides,tannins,triterpenes,etc.The pharmacological activity studies have shown that non-volatile components of Caryophylli Flos have antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,hypoglycemic,anti-tumor,enhance immunity,anti-epilepsy,regulate kidney and reproductive functions,anti-virus,prevent and control obesity,etc.This article reviews the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of non-volatile substances of Caryophylli Flos,in order to provide a basis for the in-depth research,development and utilization of Caryophylli Flos.
