湛江市白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂抗药性调查研究 被引量:1

RESISTANCE OF AEDES ALBOPICTUS TO COMMONLY USED INSECTICIDES IN ZHANJIANG CITY

摘要 测定湛江市白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为登革热媒介防制提供科学用药指导。从湛江市霞山区、雷州市乌石镇和企水镇采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室繁殖1~2代,用WHO推荐的浸渍法测定抗药性指数。结果显示,霞山区白纹伊蚊对残杀威(2.99)、毒死蜱(2.19)、氯菊酯(8.09)和溴氰菊酯(14.32)产生抗性;雷州市乌石镇白纹伊蚊对残杀威(0.67)、毒死蜱(0.76)较敏感但对氯菊酯(5.53)、溴氰菊酯(5.66)产生抗性;企水镇白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯(21.68)达到了高抗水平,对残杀威(2.46)、氯菊酯(5.38)具有一定抗性,对毒死蜱(1.25)较敏感。结果表明,毒死蜱药效较好,雷州市乌石镇和企水镇白纹伊蚊都对其敏感;3个地区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯产生较高抗性,尤其是企水镇达到高抗水平。 In order to provide scientific guidance for using insecticide in dengue prevention and control,the resistance levels of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides were determined in Zhanjiang City.The Ae.albopictus larvae were collected from Xiashan District,Leizhou City Wushi Town,and Qishui Town,and bred in the laboratory for 1-2 generations,the resistance level to insecticides was then determined with the immersion method recommended by WHO.The test results indicated that Ae.albopictus in Xiashan District developed resistance to propoxur(2.99),chlorpyrifos(2.19),permethrin(8.09),and deltamethrin(14.32);and in Wushi Town was more sensitive to propoxur(0.67)and chlorpyrifos(0.76),but developed resistance to permethrin(5.53)and deltamethrin(5.66);Ae.albopictus in Qishui Town developed high resistance to deltamethrin(21.68),and showed a certain resistance to propoxur(2.46)and permethrin(5.38),while was more sensitive to chlorpyrifos(1.25).The Ae.albopictus larvae in both Wushi and Qishui Town are sensitive to chlorpyrifos.The results indicated that chlorpyrifos is effective to Ae.albopictus in both Wushi and Qishui Town,mosquitoes in three regions have developed resistance to deltamethrin,especially in Qishui Town,which has reached a high level of resistance.
