摘要
目的了解江门市白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯的抗性现状,为合理有效地进行蚊虫化学防治提供科学依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法。结果不同社区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯的抗性表现具有差异,外海社区的半数致死浓度是0.004 5 mg/L,呈敏感性(2>抗性倍数);春晖苑、甘化、礼乐等社区的半数致死浓度分别是0.022 3、0.022 5、0.027 8 mg/L,春晖苑、甘化、礼乐等社区的抗药性水平均呈低抗性(2≤抗性倍数<10)。结论江门市部分社区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯产生低抗性,应注意科学用药以克服或延缓蚊虫抗药性的产生和发展。
Objective To understand the resistance levels and status of Aedes albopictus to deltamethrin in different community of Jiangmen city. Methods Larval of Aedes albopictus were collected from the communities where dengue fever outbroke in Jiangmen city. The resistance of Aedes albopictus to dehamethrin was determined with larval impregnation method. Results The larval from different communities showed different levels of resistance to deltamethrin. The LC50 s of mosquitoes collected from Chunhui Yuan, Ganhua, Liyue and Waihai were 0. 004 5,0. 022 3, 0. 022 5 and 0. 027 8 mg/L respectively. The resistance levels were low in Chunhui Yuan, Liyue and Ganhua populations, while Waihai population was sensitive. Conclusion Aedes albopictus in Jiangmen has developed resistance to deltamethrin. Insecticides should be applied scientifically and rationally.
