摘要 随着科学技术的发展,不锈钢焊接技术在建筑业、机器制造业等领域的应用越来越广泛。不锈钢焊接的技术管理和工程质量在生产中备受关注。加强技术管理可以避免因技术问题而产生的设备损坏现象,保证设备安全运行。但是,在实际生产过程中,由于技术人员操作问题及相关参数调整不符合要求,往往会出现焊接缺陷,导致发生焊接变形问题,影响工业生产效率。基于此,分析不锈钢焊接工艺对变形的影响,并针对其存在的问题提出有效的解决措施。 With the development of science and technology,stainless steel welding technology has been widely used in construction industry,machine manufacturing industry and other fields.The technical management and engineering quality of stainless steel welding are paid much attention in production.Strengthening the technical management can avoid the equipment damage caused by technical problems and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.However,in the actual production process,due to the technical personnel operating problems and the adjustment of related parameters do not meet the requirements,welding defects often occur,resulting in welding deformation,affecting the efficiency of industrial production.Therefore,this paper analyzes the influence of stainless steel welding process on deformation,and puts forward some effective measures to solve the existing problems.
