摘要
废弃茶具有一定的市场价值和经济效益,近年来有关茶渣、茶梗等废弃茶的研究和应用领域方面有了一些新进展,本文主要对废弃茶中主要活性成分的研究与利用方面进行了综述,旨在为废弃茶的开发利用提供参考。
Tea waste has certain market value and economic benefits.In recent years,some new progress has been made in the research and application fields of tea waste such as tea residue and tea stem.The paper mainly summarizes the research and utilization of the main active ingredients in tea waste,which could provide reference for the development and utilization of tea waste.
