摘要
超薄罩面养护技术应用日益广泛,为了研究高弹改性沥青在其应用中的性能稳定状况,通过选用三种高弹改性沥青,基于微观表征研究了各改性沥青在高温状态下的离析状况。采用热台显微镜研究高弹改性沥青的微观结构,采用差式扫描量法热研究高弹改性沥青的热行为,采用动态热机械分析对高弹改性沥青低温性能进行了分析。试验结果表明,三种高弹改性沥青在长时间高温状态下均会有一定程度离析,其中GX型高弹改性沥青微观结构、吸收热及玻璃化转变温度差异较大,其他两种均较小,总体来说,离析对高弹改性沥青的性能影响较弱。
The application of ultra-thin cover curing technology is increasingly widespread.In order to study the performance stability of high-elastic modified asphalt in its application,three kinds of high-elastic modified asphalt were selected,and the performance of each modified asphalt at high temperature was studied based on microscopic characterization.Segregated condition.The microstructure of the high-elastic modified asphalt was studied by hot stage microscope,the thermal behavior of the high-elastic modified asphalt was thermally studied by differential scanning calorimetry,and the low-temperature performance of the high-elastic modified asphalt was analyzed by dynamic thermomechanical analysis.The test results show that the three types of high-elasticity modified asphalt will segregate to a certain extent under long-term high temperature conditions.Among them,the GX type high-elasticity modified asphalt has a large difference in microstructure,heat absorption and glass transition temperature,and the other two are all different.In general,the effect of segregation on the performance of high elastic modified asphalt is weak.
