摘要
针对SBS改性沥青在施工过程中的循环加热储存时产生的性能衰减问题,结合室内试验,模拟储存过程中的4种典型工况,研究SBS改性沥青的针入度、软化点、延度、布氏旋转黏度和离析指标的衰减规律;同时,以自主研发的RE高黏改性剂作为恢复剂,研究不同工况下恢复剂对SBS改性沥青和SMA-13混合料性能的恢复效果。试验结果表明,循环加热次数越多,不同循环加热储存工况之间温度越高、时间越长,针入度、软化点、延度、布氏旋转黏度降低幅度越大,离析增加越明显;其中,延度和离析影响程度最为严重。在4种工况下,恢复剂能恢复循环加热储存3次后的SBS改性沥青的各项指标和由老化后的SBS改性沥青所拌合的SMA-13混合料的低温性能、高温性能和水温定性能;其中,SBS改性沥青软化点、延度和离析恢复效果最为明显,SMA-13混合料的高、低温性能恢复最为明显,均超过原样水平高,水稳定性也基本恢复至未经储存沥青水平。
In order to deal with the problem that the properties attenuation of SBS modified asphalt caused by cyclic heating storage in the construction process,combined with laboratory tests,four typical working storage conditions are simulated to study the attenuation law of penetration,softening point,ductility,brookfield rotational viscosity and segregation of SBS-modified asphalt.At the same time,the self-developed RE high viscosity modifier is used as the restorer to study the recovery effect of the properties of SBS-modified asphalt and SMA-13 mixture under different cyclic heating storage conditions.The results show that the more times of cyclic heating,the higher the temperature and longer the time between different cyclic heating storage conditions,the greater the reduction of penetration,softening point,ductility and Brookfield rotational viscosity,and the more obvious the increase of segregation.Especially,the attenuation degree of elongation and segregation is the most serious.Under the four working conditions,after the SBS-modified asphalt is stored by cyclic heating for 3 times,the restorer can promote all properties of the stored and aged asphalt,and the SMA-13 mixture mixed with the aged SBS0-modified asphalt has better low temperature performance,high temperature performance and water stability.Additionally,recovery effect of the softening point,ductility and segregation of SBS0-modified asphalt is the most evident,and recovery on the high and low temperature performances of SMA-13 mixture is the best,both of which are higher than the original samples,simultaneously,the water stability is basically restored to the level of un-stored asphalt.
