摘要
为了高效开发利用白云鄂博矿,针对其铁精矿目前主要作为普通铁精矿用于钢铁生产且除稀土外的有价元素利用率不高的问题,以白云鄂博矿铁精矿为原料,通过反浮选脱硅条件试验,重点考察了Ca^(2+)、Fe^(3+)及Ca^(2+)+Fe^(3+)3种活化剂的脱硅效果。试验结果表明:在粗选最佳试验条件pH值为8、捕收剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)用量200 g/t,Ca^(2+)+Fe^(3+)复合活化剂用量400 g/t的条件下,得到了铁品位72.05%、铁回收率96.58%、SiO2含量0.22%的铁精矿;然后铁精矿经1粗1精反浮选脱硅开路工艺,最终获得了铁品位72.15%、铁回收率87.46%、SiO2含量0.21%的超级铁精粉,纯度达99.64%,且其中含有微量的稀土、铌,试验证明Ca^(2+)+Fe^(3+)复合活化剂的脱硅指标最好。
In order to develop and utilize Baiyunebo Iron Mine efficiently,aiming at the problem that the iron concentrate is mainly used as ordinary iron concentrate for iron and steel production and the utilization rate of valuable elements except rare earth is not high,the iron concentrate of Baiyunebo Iron Mine was used as raw material,and the desilication effect of Ca^(2+),Fe^(3+)and Ca^(2+)+Fe^(3+)activators was investigated by reverse flotation desilication condition test.The results showed that the iron concentrate with iron grade of 72.05%,iron recovery rate of 96.58%and SiO2 content of 0.22%was obtained under the optimum conditions of pH value of 8,collector sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)dosage of 200 g/t and Ca^(2+)+Fe^(3+)composite activator dosage of 400 g/t in rough selection.Then the iron concentrate was subjected to one roughing one cleaning reverse flotation desilication open circuit process.Finally,the super iron concentrate with iron grade of 72.15%,iron recovery rate of 87.46%and SiO2 content of 0.21%was obtained.The purity reached 99.64%,and the iron concentrate contained traces of rare earth and niobium.The test proved that the desilication index of Ca^(2+)+Fe^(3+)composite activator was the best.
