Nb_2O_5对透辉石基矿渣微晶玻璃显微结构和力学性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Nb_2O_5 on Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Slag Based Diopside Glass-ceramics

摘要 为研究Nb_2O_5对透辉石基矿渣微晶玻璃显微结构和力学性能的影响机理,以富铁白云鄂博西尾矿、粉煤灰为主要原料,采用熔融工艺制备了添加质量分数0%~4%Nb_2O_5的透辉石基矿渣微晶玻璃。DTA、XRD、SEM和力学测试结果表明,Nb_2O_5主要以Ca2Nb2O7第二相的形式存在于辉石相界,其含量随Nb_2O_5添加量升高而增大。同时辉石主晶相从类菊花状枝晶组织转变成平均尺寸逐渐减小的圆角岛状组织。微晶玻璃的抗折强度平均为207 MPa,当Nb_2O_5质量分数为2%时最高,达236 MPa。 Slag glass-ceramics of the diopside system with 0wt%-4wt%Nb2O5 were synthesized by the traditional melting method using Bayan Obo west mine tailing and fly ash.The effects of Nb2O5 on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the obtained materials were studied by differential thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and electronic universal testing machine.The result shows that Nb exists within diopside glass ceramics mainly in form of tiny Ca2Nb2O7 particles in the interspace areas between diopside grains.With further addition of Nb2O5,the increasing formation of this new secondary phase is the main reason contributing to the observed microstructural change in diopside glass-ceramics from chrysanthemum flower type to round islands with decreasing average grain size.Bending strength of the glass-ceramics can reach 207 MPa averagely,and a maximum value of 236 MPa can be achieved when Nb2O5 addition is 2wt%.
