摘要
针对砂层中细颗粒含量较少、难以形成止水效应、层中存在承压水、有涌水风险等多种施工风险,从改良、保压、排渣、清渣4个方面全流程考虑,盾构具有合理的刀盘设计及渣土改良能力;加强刀具配置和刀盘、螺旋机的结构耐磨;要求盾构机必须具有较强的平衡水土压力的能力,以保证地表变形保持在正常范围内。对土压平衡式盾构机的选型优化,可明显降低后期施工过程中的风险,有效避免事故的发生,对类似施工方案有较大的借鉴意义和推广应用价值。
In order to address construction risks such as the low content of fine particles in the sand layer,difficulty in achieving water stop effects,and presence of confined water and water inrush in soil layers,considerations were given to 4 aspects,namely,improvement,pressure holding,slag discharge and slag cleaning in the whole construction process.The shield tunneling machine should have a reasonable cutter and good capacity in slag improvement.The cutter configuration should be improved for the structural wear resistance of cutting discs and screw conveyors.In addition,the shield tunneling machine should have a strong ability to balance soil and water pressure,thus keeping surface deformation within a normal range.The optimal selection of earth pressure balance type shield tunneling machines is helpful to greatly reduce risks in subsequent construction and effectively avoid accidents,with reference significance and promotion value in similar construction schemes.
