摘要
为实时掌握主轴承运转状态,以舟山海底公路隧道工程为依托,设计一套适用于大直径泥水盾构的主轴承在线监测系统。结合分布式控制系统,利用专业传感器采集盾构主轴承的振动、温度、齿轮油污染等参数指标,并对数据进行分析、处理。结果表明:1)该系统能避免大直径泥水盾构掘进的干扰,实时稳定监测主轴承运行状态;2)盾构单日掘进及连续掘进时,通过分析主轴承振动数据及每一时刻状态参数,能实现主轴承振动、油液等特征综合试验评估;3)通过在线监测异常数据对比机制,实施主轴承磨损、齿轮油腔杂质污染的判别及预警,为判断主轴承状态提供直接依据。
To master the running state of the main bearing in real time,a case study is conducted on the Zhoushan subsea highway tunnel project in Zhejiang,China,and a set of on-line monitoring system for the homemade main bearing of large-diameter slurry shield is designed.Based on the distributed control system,the professional sensors are used to collect the parameters such as vibration,temperature,and gear oil pollution of the main bearing of the shield,and the data collected are analyzed and processed.The results reveal the following:(1)The system can avoid the interference of large-diameter slurry shield tunneling and monitor the running state of the main bearing stably in real time.(2)During short-term and continuous shield tunneling,the vibration data of the main bearing and the state parameters at each time are analyzed to realize the comprehensive test evaluation of the vibration and oil characteristics of the main bearing.(3)Through the on-line monitoring abnormal data comparison mechanism,the discrimination and early warning of main bearing wear and impurity pollution in gear oil cavity are implemented to provide a direct basis for judging the status of main bearings.
