Statistical Measure and Comparison of Income Gap of Floating Population

摘要流动人口的收入水平变化深刻影响着我国居民的收入分配格局。文章基于宏观数据和2015—2017年的全国流动人口动态监测数据,结合对数线性模型,使用基尼系数和Bonferroni指数的BOI分解对流动人口收入差距不平等程度进行测度。研究发现:人口流动不会缩小个体的收入差距,东部地区流动人口收入差距的不平等程度持续扩大,其余三个地区流动人口收入差距不平等程度先增大后减小;无论是基尼系数还是Bonferroni指数的BOI分解,流动人口收入差距的组内不平等可以解释总不平等的95%以上;在基尼系数的BOI分解中,组间不平等对总不平等的贡献仅次于组内不平等,而在Bonferroni指数的BOI分解中,不对称或不规则效应对总不平等的贡献仅次于组内不平等,这主要是因为两个指数对收入分布中不同部分的敏感性不同。 The change of the income level of floating population has a profound effect on the income distribution pattern of Chinese residents.Based on the macro data and the dynamic monitoring data of the national floating population from 2015 to 2017,this paper combines with the log linear model and uses the BOI decomposition of the Gini coefficient and Bonferroni index to mea-sure the income inequality of the floating population.The results are shown as follows:Population mobility does not narrow the in-come gap among individuals.The inequality level of income gap of floating population in the eastern region continues to expand,while the inequality level of income gap of floating population in the other three regions first increases and then decreases.Wheth-er it is the Gini coefficient or the BOI decomposition of the Bonferroni index,the intra-group inequality of the income gap of the floating population can explain more than 95%of the total inequality.In the BOI decomposition of the Gini coefficient,the contri-bution of the inter-group inequality to total inequality is second only to the intra-group inequality,while in the BOI decomposition of the Bonferroni index,the contribution of asymmetric or irregular effects to total inequality is second only to the intra-group in-equality,mainly because the two indexes have different sensitivities to different parts of the income distribution.
