摘要
经过多年的发展,十三师红星一场设施农业特色越发凸显,产业定位明晰,五大产业基本成型。通过引进新品种、新技术及现代化设施装备,逐步向现代农业转型升级,实现农业生产规模化、集约化、高效化发展。当地政府积极争取项目资金,营造良好的发展环境,设施农业正处于高质量发展“黄金期”。但仍存在设施基础设备整体投入不高、各产业现代化设备分布不均、高端珍稀蔬果占比不高、品牌意识不强等问题。通过对产业发展现状、优势、存在的问题进行阐述分析,对今后发展提出加强产业基础设施改造提升、释放新型经营主体引领示范作用、强化品牌意识及加快技术人才队伍建设等设施农业高质量发展对策。
After years of development,the characteristics of the 13th Red Star facility agriculture were more and more prominent,the industrial positioning was detailed,and the five major industries were basically formed.Through the introduction of new varieties,new technologies and modern facilities and equipment,we have gradually transformed and upgraded to modern agriculture,and realized the large-scale,intensive and efficient development of agricultural production.The local government has actively strived for project funds and created a good development environment.Facility agriculture was in the“golden period”of high-quality development.However,there were still problems such as low overall investment in infrastructure and equipment,uneven distribution of modern equipment in various industries,low proportion of highend rare vegetables and fruits,and low brand awareness.This paper,through the analysis of the current situation,advantages and existing problems of industrial development,proposes to strengthen the upgrading of industrial infrastructure and release the leading and demonstration role of new business entities for future development Strengthen brand awareness and speed up the construction of technical personnel team and other highquality development countermeasures of facility agriculture.
